Hi,
I created a payslip using the HR-Formular-Workplace (Layout = Smart Forms).
I changed the default settings and parameters of the payslip.
If you call the program to print the payslip you can change these parameters. If you want to print / view the payslip when simulating a payroll calculation run, you only can choose the name of the payslip.
Is there a way to also change the parameters when executing the simulation program?
Thanks in advance and best regards
Viktoria
HI,
While simulating / Actual payroll run you will include the Variant fo Payslip. This variant will be careated in the Tcode which is used to view the payslilp.
What is the problem you are facing in viewing payslip?

Hi Shyam,
the payslip is ok. No problem with the viewing.
When you use the HRForms-Payslip you can not enter a variant. Only the name of the payslip. But I want to change the parameters of the payslip.
There are parameters such as:
In-view payroll periods
Include retroactive accounting
The user wants to change these according to the output he is interested in. My question is how to change these if a variant of the payslip can not be entered but just the name of the HR Form.
Kind regards
Viktoria
Hi Viktoria,
I dont have much exposur in HR Forms. But i understand the Payslip related form will be called when employee access the payslilp transaciton in ESS. In the ESS transaction employee will have the option to give the relevent period for which they want to see the payslip.

Hi,
yes, if the payroll results exist, the print program is called and you can change the parameters. But when simulating the payroll, as far as I have found out, there is no way to change the parameters of the payslip. The period e.g. is taken from the screen parameters of the payroll simulation program and the other parameters are set to default as defined in HR Forms.
Thanks anyway!
Regards
Viktoria
