Downloading Certificates Necessary for MobileCards Setup from SCP

Hello,

I am trying to setup MobileCards on-premise. In the configuration document it mentions that I need two following certificates from SCP: DigiCert Global Root CA, DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA. I couldn't figure out where to find them and how to download them.
