Warning message forced to error message on BADI

Hi All,

I created a new implementation of BADI definition LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT. In the method CHANGE_INPUT_HEADER_AND_ITEMS, i'm issuing a warning message by populating the error log table CT_LOG.

However, soon after the BADI call, SAP calls another program that overwites my msg type to E. This happens in program SAPFV50W include FV50WF0B. Does anyone know what could the cause of this be and how to rectify/prevent it?
