Hello! First off I am relatively new to the deeper understanding of SAP functionality, work in a largely customized environment with the system. Wanted to reach out with a minor annoying issue some of my users are encountering..
They are experiencing different export default settings in the ECC... Some revert to Excel (desired) others revert to HTML or the Spreadsheet Pivot.. Unable to locate exactly where that setting could potentially be.. Evaluated the user settings and there is nothing jumping out at us...
Any insights or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you
