reconciliation account

Hello,

the scenario is having different reconciliation account.like

Advance to employees for salary

Advance to employees for Project

is it possible same employee can assign to these two reco a/c whenever required?

I dnt know what will be these effects and is it right way or not?

for doing this job there is any other solution for this?
