Hi,

what is the Difference Between Communication Mediums Email and Mail.

while creating communication medium Email,i selected communication method as : Internet mail(smtp)

In the same way for communication medium : Mail,what is the suitable communication method in following

1. Bp controlled

2. telephone

3.Internet Mail(smtp)

4. Fax

5.sms/pager services

6.generate contact(visit)

7.open channel

8.generate lead

9.file Export

10.generate sales order

can u suggest me which is suitable communication method for for communication medium : mail

How did you acheive the communication medium Direct Mail in SAP CRM 7.0?

Can you please help me out on the same. We are facing the same problem now.
