Dear Experts,

When I try to create shipment document system is not fetching any details from delivery document even after selecting particular delivery......also let me know what are all the details copied from delivery document?.........thanks in advance.........

Check the settings in Shipment doc type,

Once you assigned the deliveries in shipment, when you click on "Planning" relevant data from the delivery such as route / forwarding agent / stages will get updated.

Can you run the cycle & update the post-

FYI: In SHipment doc type, check there is routine assigned to it. ( shipment doc type- Proposal - COpy routine should be "7"-)

check the forwarding agent is available in delivery document. ( its just a guess)

Hi,

Thanks for ur reply......but when I call up the delivery document no details are flowing (ex:forwarding agent shipping point...)...what wud b the reason?.....when I enter the forwarding agent details manually system is accepting why is it so?.....logically at the time when we call up the delivery doc partner details has to come if my undersdtanding is ryt(correct me if am wrong).......wheres the gap?.............thanks in advance
