How to map this scenerio

Dear all,

Kindly give u r suggestion for this one......

our client is producing Cokked product, for making cooked product ossein is key raw material. In first stage they doing washing of ossien ( 20 MT) after washing the product goes to extraction column and adding Hot water and string for 2 hrs and settling for 2 hrs. after settling they taking first extract OS1(2.5 MT first extract output) like this every 4 hrs gap thay taking 7 extraction ( 2.5 mt *x7) and depends on every quality of extract they doing further process.

here they want each extract wise costing

All extract all single material and same batch. how to calculate each extract wise.

To Dear Sakthivel,

You can create here different operation for each extract & to that can assign activity ( Power or As per your requirement ) to resource .So in this case you can able to catch activity cost extrace wise .

hi shakti ,

please try to have 7-operation for 7 extraction . give activity type for each operation like we give for steam etc .the cost will be captured through that. like wise give inprocess checks for each each operation.

costing point of view this will be enough .
