Hi Experts,
pls find my scenario mentioned below and pls provide solution for it
If an employee works for all working days he will get additional allowance of 250 rupees as Attendance allowance. For example: no of work days in a month are 25 and employee worked for all 25 days, he will get attendance allowance of 250 rupees.
If an employee works for 24 days and takes one earned leave, even then he is entitled for 250 rupees for Attendance allowance.
If an employee works for 23 days and takes 1 comp off and one LOP then he will get 150 rupees as Attendance allowance.
If an employee takes MORE THAN ONE DAY on LOP i.e. after using all his earned leaves and comp offu2019s then he is not entitled for any ATTENDENCE ALLOWANCE.
How to handle this scenario,do i need to write a pcr?if so how to write it and where to insert it in schema??
