Batch Management in Material Level but seeing inconsistency in Batch Management indicator

Dear Experts,

We have batch management activation in Material level. That means this material wherever we are extending per plant, in each plant material should be batch managed.

But we have observed in few cases though material is batch managed, after extension in one plant Batch Management indicator is on and in another its not there.

Any reason for this inconsistency? How to solve this?
