Capacity Overload Warning - Production/Planned Order creation

Hi All,

What settings do I need to do in order to get a Warning/Information message pop up during Production/Planned Order creation? I have done it in the past, dont remember right now.

I've a work center, which is RELEVANT FOR FIN SCHED, also, there are enough Orders in the current week (cap overload exists). In such a case, when I'm creating another Order (from Strategy 82/81) I want the system to issue a Warning/Information message (without having to click the "Capacity Availability button)before saving the Order.

Can someone share their expert idea?

Dear Friend,

In T.C OPJK, for your plant, Order Type and Business Function 1, Untick the indicator No check under the Capacity Availability section. With this in Overall profile give the value as SAPMPSG006 (MPS/MRP: Capacity availability check) and in Coll. Conversion field give the value as 1 (User decides on creation if capacity is missing).

Check and confirm.
