Access issue from Portal to ECC in ESS Travel

Hi All,

In Travel when manager is trying to view the Travel Request sent by Employee. When Manager tries to view the attachments where in it navigates to a Transaction IView. Till yesterday it was not asking for User Credentials again. But today i started asking the User credentials.

SSO is implemented.

Could some one tell me what could be the possible reasons for this?
