Access issue from Portal to ECC in ESS Travel

Hi All,

In Travel when manager is trying to view the Travel Request sent by Employee. When Manager tries to view the attachments where in it navigates to a Transaction IView. Till yesterday it was not asking for User Credentials again. But today i started asking the User credentials.

SSO is implemented.

Could some one tell me what could be the possible reasons for this?

Satish,

If you're working with SAP GUI Html, maybe in the last access the user logoff incorrectly, or may he/she relogon in the window with another User. In both cases, the automatic SSO can broken and ask you for a user and pass to enter. Then when you set again your data, it shouldn't ask you again.

Try by giving the correct user & pass, get out correctly, and enter again to see if automatic SSO works again.
