Service delivery document not able to include in shipment document

Hi All,

I have a requirement where in,

Raised delivery document with out order reference with delivery document type LO

and material item category group LEIS and item category DLX.

My requirement is Delivery is done properly,but when tried to add this document into shipment

document ,its not attaching,

Please let me know,what I should do to get the solution

Hi,

AFter creating the Delivery, you have to do the VT01N and after creating the SHIPMENT DOCUMENT create the PGI

So in VT01N inorder to get the Delivery added to the SHIPMENT document, you have to do some settings like

Activating the Transportation Relevance

goto the path

IMG->LOGISTICS EXECUTION>TRANSPORTATION->SHIPMENTS->MAINTAIN TRANSPORTATION RELEVANCE

In that node you have to activate the TRANSPORTATION RELEVANCE for

1. Delivery documents

2. Delivery Items

3. Route.

Hi,

I have already done the above settings, I am able to add normal delivery document

in shipment,but not able to add service delivery document in shipment,

You r using item category group as LEIS (Service W/O Delivery), take DIEN

Change this and try

I tried with item category group DIEN,still I am unable to achieve it.

Seems, you are trying enter the service material while creating delivery itself, that could be the reason, Item Cat:DLX is determining.

if the item cat is DLX, then the sch.line cat:CX = Non stock item, there will be no mov type assigned to it.

I have done the testing , from SO- service item, wheter item cat:TAW= value item, SCh/line cat:CN wiht mov type-601.

There wont be any PGI doc create, as its service item. now create shipment, this delivery will be included in shipment.

You provide the complete transaction flow, which you are following. seems, there is a problem in the flow itself.
