QoS EO and the implications using it when Comm Channel is down

Hey guys,

I am looking into the possibility of not using the QoS EOIO because of certain other reasons, so I was wondering if anyone could help me realize what the possibility of using EO QoS when a Communication Channel has been stopped (closed)

So here is the example. If for whatever reason, I need to close a comm channel and I am using EO as my QoS for an RFC call, when the channel is reopened(started) what order do the messages come out in? Is there some sort of queue order, ie Time Stamps???

I trust this makes sense, I just need to know if/what is the the order that the messages will be sent in once the Communication channel has started again..

Thanks!

Dan
