Add User Id to the Idoc

Hi Team,

We have below user requirement regarding Idoc processing. Please do advise if any one of us have already come across this situation.

If there is any idoc failure in the system due to some error message, which will be sent to user SBWP mail box. User will go to his mail box and will rectify/ ignore the error message accordingly.

Now the requirement is to extend the above functionality to another user, so that he will also perform the same above activity.

Is there any table or some thing to add the user ids in the workflow in order to send the error messages to user SBWP mail box? Thanks in advance for your responses.

I think currently it is sending to one user - now it needs to be updated to 'position/job' etc,

if you see in WE20 for your partner profile and post processing : permitted agent option - here is the usual way you can control sending messages to user inbox if any idoc errorrs under that partner profile.

Now if you see here there are different options like user/position/person/ognization unit/Job etc.. . Here you can give whatever is suitable for you - as a group you can create 'Job' with two users etc..
