I have installed Crystal Reports on my machine but every time I try to start it, the message:
Runtime error!
The program ...\crw32.exe
Abnormal program termination.
What can I do to make it work on my machine?
I have solved the problem.
I have created a new local admin account and logged in.
Then ran setup and strangely it did not appear in the start menu though it was installed.
I ran setup again and repaired the installed version and it appeared in the start menu
Now it works, don't know how, don't know why.
Thanks for you responses!

I have installed and re installed it over a dozen times. I have also tried the repair function but they did not have any result.

What Operating System are you using?
And what version of Crystal are you using and what patches have you installed?
Do you have Anti-virus software running and have you looked in their logs to see if it was denied access to some dependency?
Thank you
Don
