Delivary Note [smarf form]Problem in QA

I developed the smart form for delivary note... vL20n tcode.

It works fine in Dev --QA

We transported to QA box. Here its give the error which is Error info...Text 0080071402 1D 0001 language EN not found.

Actually functional guys ..in VL02n t.code..some of text will be kept for description.

For the text getting , i ve taken TYPE as Include text type New paragraph

TExt name: &GS_HD_GEN-DELIV_NUMB&

Text object: VBBK

Text Id 0001

Language : EN

Its works fine in Dev QA but not working in Quality side...

Plz if anyone know the solution, give me advice
