Can we create Task, every time Attachment is added to Ticket

Hello,

Can anyone help me with below questions.

1) Can we create a task with file name, every time attachment is added to ticket

OR

2) Is there a way we can run report on Tickets with attachments (Just file name or Title)

OR

3) Can we create a Extension field to copy the Attachments Tile or File name to run report with Ticket details.

We have a request from business to run report on Ticket details with attachment Name or Title.

im sorry but 'Task', 'Attachment', 'Ticket'...is too common, if you dont specific what module, what program or something more detail no one will know what you are talking about...

Hi Venkat,

Did you investigate the Library - Attachment functionality?

Here C4C offers you an overview of all attachments (type and file name) related to the object type tickets and the the object (ticket) ID that have been linked during a specific time frame.

Thanks for the reply, sorry i am new to SAP.

We are using SAP Cloud for Customer(C4C) for Service. Agents create tickets and attach documents under Attachments. I am able to get all the fields from Ticket expect the File Name or Title from of attachment. I want to know if there is anyway we can get this into report.
