scorecard format percentage on sap design studio

hey,everyone,

I want show percentage number in crosstable or scorecard ,spreadsheet also OK,but I false.

I can't find place to set it.Anyone knows about it?

Hi Jing Zhang,

You can use the display property of crosstab to show units in data cells

You can select the place you want to display.

I have tried you said,but it still can't realize set percentge formate,eg:

0.289 change to 28.9%

Hi Jing Zhang,

It only shows % symbol if your values are in percentage. It will not convert the values.

You can change keyfigure into percentage value in your query and use it in dashboard.

If it is a simple calculation on two measures, you can used Add calculation option in initial view of data source aand calculate it in design studio.

Hi,

It will be available in initial view of data source, when you right click on a measure.

The list will be different if you right click on a single measure.

Good,about a month ago,I hava to calculate two demission,but sap employees said just wait next DS version.This is very important but always easy forget.You helped me again.

but even I add calculate in datasource,I still can't change it to percentage when I use crosstable.

you say change keyfigure into percentage value in my query,is it need realize in OLAP?

Hi Jing Zhang,

There must be a source to that OLAP connection an Bex Query.

You can calculate the required formula in that Bex query in query designer.
