Error while processing CPPR

Hi Experts,

I am working in Extended classic scenario, While processing CPPR after click the Collective Process of Purchase Requisitions i am able to see " External procurement state" -- Send to external sourcing: pending

Further i am not able to proceed this process, any one pl suggest what to be done.

Badi ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST - Implemented

BBP_EBPXML_OUT_BADI - Implemented

Add_Config_Material_SRM_70.pdf - Config done as per this document

Checked the config as per sap note : 1263876

( Process flow i tried is : PR(supply or service) created in ECC --

Login to user id with hormonized roles > Purchasing > Purchasing Document--> start collective processing

Pl do the needful
