TB columns sequence messed up

Dear Experts,

I am running my Trial Balance, but when the report shows, I find the columns messed up. The "Name" column was pushed to the back, the "Credit" and "Debit" column was pushed to the front. Please take a look at the screenshot.

I have then tried to click on Form Settings, but clicking it doesn't seem to have any effect on the screen, nothing popped out.

Any advice?

Form Settings is not accessible for these Financial Reports. You might not be able to change since the screen display is a pre-formatted layout coming from SAP.

So whats wrong? Should I log a message to SAP.

But oh man, SAP limits message from Partner to 4 per quarter, I already have 3 messages so far and its not a month over yet. How is it enough.

OK, problem solved.

1 day, we restarted the server, and the client log in to run the TB again and the column is back to Normal. X-files.

Hi!

Ask all other users to logg out from SAP and you logg in to SAP with a Super User. Open TB Formsettings and say Restore Default.

I haven't tried asking all users to log out. But what if I had tried the TB form settings, but the settings screen did not respond or show up?
