Business partner substitution in ChaRM and Service Desk

Hi,

I would like to use business partner substitution in ChaRM and Service Desk tickets (SLFN/SDCR/SDHF etc.)

Meaning to change a responsible business partner cause of illness for example automatically in all tickets, or to assign a substitute BP to a BP.

Anyone any ideas or helpfull howtos?

    You can do this within the Relationships screen in Tx BP.

    Open the bus partner and select "is replaced by" in the relationship category.
