Runtime Error

Hi All

A client is getting these 2 runtime errors on their server.

Run time Error!

Program: C\SAP\SAP Business One Server Tools\Mailer\B1Mail.exe

The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applicationu2019s support team for more information.

Run time Error!

Program: C:\SAP\SAP Business One Server Tools\Ewa Services.Exe

What could be the cause of it.

You could try reinstalling the server tools alone in the server

We have the same problem with our server - it occurs on shutdown mainly. Just wondering if you had any feedback from SAP after raising the support ticket

Hi,

I think if you updated your Microsoft Outlook Express, there is chance to get this error.

Once again remove your Outlook integration Add-on, delete the installation folder and try install it again.

Hi,

This error is coming from Early Watch Alert.

I think you need to reconfigure you Early watch alert service.

In Early Watch alert check whether your maill id is entered properly. The Maill id which you have given in early watch alert is to configure in outlook express.

then check the scheduling time for early watch alert.
