SAP MMC Dispatcher disp+work stopped

Dear Friends,

The dis+work process of the SAP MMC remains yellow for some time and then stops.

Recently, a DNS server was set up. Due to some non-SAP issues, the DNS server was uninstalled. Now the application server is not using any domain - simply the default workgroup.

From the trace, it seems like the DNS settings need to be adjusted. since the DNS server is uninstalled, I am not sure what settings need to be adjusted. Any help would be appreciated.
