Hi Experts,
I have a 3rd party scenario, So we dont have availability check triggered for the materials.
But i have noticed that system is determining Availability dates.
1. How is these dates are determined.
2. While adding line item, It is showing up a screen showing Purchasing scheduling.(Do we get any dates from PR or MM configs?)
Thank you
Kris
Hi,
Check your Schedule line item category.
Goto the T.Code "VOV6".
Or follow the path:
SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Sales>Sales Documents>Schedule Lines-->Define Schedule Line Categories.
Select your schedule line category.
Details.
Uncheck the tick mark "Availability".
Save.

Krishna.

Hi Krishna,
I know that S.L Category determines Availability check and we have unchecked it and we are not doing availability check. I dont have any questions about it.
In my scenario, dates are determined even though there are no availability check. Like Transportation planning date, Availability date etc. My question is how the dates are determined at schedule line level with out availability check.
Like do we store any date in Material master data etc.?
Thank you
Kris

Like i mentioned, We didn't activate the availability check at schedule line level. I dont have any concern with that.
I want to know how is dates determined when there is no availability check.
Thank you so much for your quick reply

Hi,
As kapil point out, the problem is because of your schduleline category- It seems for the default sch.line.cat AV check is activated. select right sch.line.cat which donot have AV check activation or create new one similar to standard CS.
Transaction : VOV6
Thanks
