Moved to Production, but one of the automatically generated forms is missin

Using regular ABAP in ECC6, LCD 8.0.

We implemented some HR Adobe forms from Note 1413275.

As you know, the function modules are dynamically generated in each environment.

They worked fine in DEV and QA. However, when we moved to Production, one of the Function Modules' didn't generate its contents completly - it contained:

Top Include xxxxTOP

Routines xxxxxxF01

However, when you double click on the F01 - it doesn't exist in PRD.

we've tried regenerating the form in SFP, but that didn't work. any ideas?

Try to regenerate the form using the "regeneration report". Check tx se38, FP_*, you´ll find a report to regenerate the form and all related. I used to use this when I don´t know there is something like form caching for example. That could help. Otto

p.s.: And there was no problem with the transports? Nothing you could trace? No message? Warning?

Otto, found program FP_GENERATE_FUNCTION_MODULE and ran it in Production - it did indeed regenerate the form and the entire thing is working now.

btw, there was no problem with the transports - No errors, no nothing.

thanks alot.

robert.
