found in SL but missing in GL

hello all,

i have an issue here...

a journal entry is created to a customer, i can see the entry on the SL(Customer) details by clicking the drilldown arrow in account balance, but when i check in the GL i.e 101620-00-00-00, i cant find the entry here... what might be the cause of this? any suggestion as a workaround to find out what causes this?

please help.

Hello Fidel,

What do you mean SL here? Have you checked under BP balance and the JE there?

i have check note 1241506, but the query returned nothing.

what i mean SL here is Subsidiary ledger (Customer), yes i have cheked from BP Balance and the JE.. i can see the actual JE and it reflects in the SL, but when i check the GL i.e 101620-00-00-00 (this is the GL defined in BP master data-> accounting tab -> Accounts receivables) i cant find it there.

Hi!

May be that Entry got reconcilled, thtz y its not showing in GL List.

Uncheck the Display Reconcilled Transaction and see. Also, check the General Ledger Report in Financial Reports for the particular GL Account.
