HI,

That is strange that the ccm.sh file is empty as it tends to be quite valuable in restarting your services. Is it possible something went wrong during your installation? If you have a maintenance contract, I highly recommend you open a call with tech support as this may be indicative to other issues with your system. We had a similar issue with this during our install on RHEL. A tech was able to send us a copy of the file, but we still experienced issues and ultimately had to re-install our system.

Are the ./stopservers and ./startservers scripts also empty? I unfortunately do not have access to ours to post at this time.

Regardless, I hope this helps,

Dave
