Posting to Accounting

Dear All,

We want to restrict the user access using auhtoization over the HR posting documents example, User X can see the document No ranges from 1-1000 and User Y can see the document No ranges from 2000-3000.

We have created two sperate number ranges for HR payroll posting documents using transaction PR12

Is there any feature available to set the number range for HR Posting document as per above scenerio ?

Number ranges in 'PR12' tcode is for different run types within HR-PY; thefore, try to use 'P_PYEVRUN' authority to limit

viewing of these documents based on run type.

Hi,

P_PYEVDOC authorization object is used for payroll posting documents.

However, it has only activity type and company code fields.

I don't think there would be a number range authorization limit.
