globel setting

here i am not properly undrstand

what is globel setting & what is customizing path for shop floor information system and what its purpose?

Hi ,

Global setting means it should be at client leval . Some setting are done on plant leval , or MRP area leval or company code leval . Higher leval will be global leval , menas u can use that setting for client leval . u can use that settings for multiple plant & company code .
