Employee temporary work

Hi,

we have a requirement in an industrial sector, where employees are temporarily shifted to the production work, based on the requirement (for days or few months).

For the time the employee works in the production, he should be paid equal benefits to the production employees.

Can this requirement be captured without initiating the transfer action, as the work is only for a limited period of time.
