Hi,

Goto T.code - MASS

enter Object type - BUS2032

execute

choose sales order header , execute,

you will have sales document field by default,

add sales document type field for the parameter by pressing choose selection field (at the bottom last button)

Select scheduling aggrement type and press choose,

enter scheduling aggrement type and execute

change the field and save

Senya,

That was a good catch but by selecting Sales document type its still pulling all the different sales order types.

If i am entering any sch. agreement type i am getting this message " No data meet the selection criteria".

Lakshmipathi,

I have to update pricing procedure (VBAK-KALSM) field as we have changed our pricing procedure due to new requirements so i am assuming thats the only way to change the pricing procedure by mass update on sales documents.

Hi,

In my opinion, may be wrong, you can't update anything related to scheduling agreement documents using MASS.

You need to write your own BDC program to do this.

No it is not possible even through LSMW due to the fact that once the scehduling agreement is created and saved, this field will become uneditable, though there is no subsequent document. So what I would suggest is that you foreclose the validity period of those scheduling agreements via LSMW which can easily be achieved and create new scheduling agreements in lieu of that.
