Issue: “Transport Request” button is disabled in both SMMJ and YMMJ when Normal Correction is “In Development” Status. Phase Cycle is in “Build” Status.
Groups are unlocked in Task list.
We also checked tables entries for SMMJ and YMMJ in Table AICV_PROC_EDIT and AICV_PROC_EDIT2.
For both SMMJ and YMMJ in status E0002 (In Development), Create Request is Editable/Executable and Visible.
There is a class/method with this item, not sure if this is causing the issue
CL_AIC_UI_CONTROL_TRANS_CTXT CONTROL_EDIT_VISIBILITY
I also removed this class/method from the entry - however, button is still not active. Have put back the entry for class/method.
SAP Note 2394599 has been done as well.
Any ideas?
Rahim.
Issue Resolved.
Business Role SOLMANPRO had 5 extra entries that were missing in ZSOLMANPRO/ZSOLMANCM in Function Profile ; we copied 4 (as INBOX_TOOLBAR could not be entered) in ZSOLMANPRO and ZSOLMANCM.
For PARAMTERS and TRANSINBOX it did not allow us to put ZSOLMANPRO so we left it as SOLMANPRO.
I can see the Transport Request button is now active and was able to create TRs (both workbench & customizing) from within the YMMJ which was created from YMCR.
@Seshan - Yes, the authorization was already there. Thanks
SAP release KBA 2397830 for this.
Rahim.

Hello All,
I have same problem.
The CRM UI component is correctely configured, the Business Role of ZSOLMAN too.
The button 'transport Request' is visible but not editable.
Have you a solution ?

Mohamed

Hi Rahim,
I would recommend checking the following in the User ID that is being used:
Auth Object: SM_FIELD
Business Transaction Type: ZMMJ
Field Name: CREATE_REQ.
Please add this to the User and try (if the Role does not have this already).
Regards,
Prasath
