Sample inspection

Gurus,

I need to make sample inspection based on my lot size.

For ex- if the lot is in btw 2-8-sample size should be 2

16-25 then -3

How to set this in system.

Hi

GO to QDP1--->enter the name of sampling scheme.

Enter Attribute or Variable

Select AQL/Seviarity or seviarity

Enter

Now Enter the sevairity say 4.0 & continue.

Lt size sample size c1 d1

10 1 1 0

20 2 2 1

30 3 3 2

from the lot size 0---10 sample size will be 1

from 11 to 20 sample size will be 2 etc etc

there is no other customization needed

Hi,

In addition to what Sujit said ,you have to assign this sampling scheme to the sampling procedure(use Sampling type as 300 use sampling scheme).

After this use this sampling procedure at the characteristic level in your task list.
