Batch is not copied from a TO to delivery

Dear All,

We are adopting a different process. The process is that enter the batch at the TO. And when the user is saving the TO and confirming the TO the batch is not getting transferring from TO and getting copied in to the delivery.

And as the warehouse activity is completed and the status of the TO is completed in the document flw te batch field in the delivery is getting greyed out and could not change any thing. And as the batch is not there the PGI could not be carried out.

Did any body come across similar scenario.

See if the 'Batch Management' flag is set in the 'Material' tab of Item View inside the delivery.

Hello,

If you are creating the TO with reference to delivery, then after confirming the TO delivery should updated with corresponding batch. This is the normal process.

In your case, I think you need to check the process again.
