limitation of Sales campaign in C4C

Hi,

We noticed there are 2 limitations with sales campaigns in SAP C4C for which I have some questions:

- Maximum 15k mails/month

Is there a possiblity to be able to send more than 15k mails/month (e.g. Increase to 20k)?

- Generally maximum 5000 contacts/month

What does this mean? can you only contact 5000 unique persons in campaigns for each month?
Is there a possibility to increase this number?

SAP has provided clarification on the matter:

- there is no way to increase this limit. For higher levels of volume, you should switch to SAP marketing cloud

- Each month you can send mails to 5000 unique contact persons (email addresses). No way to increase this. For higher levels of volume, you should switch to SAP marketing cloud
