BO XI 3.1 Transports

Hi,

I would like to install/configure LCM for BO XI 3.1 Transports..

We can either use import wizard or LCM..Or Any Options ??

Do we have any best practices for BO transports..

Can someone list out some advantages/disadvantages of LCM and Import wizard.

Is there any installation required..pls clarify..
