Survey : WebUI => MOBILE

Hi every one.

I custumized the questionnaire for WEBUI which work very well with activities. (IMG>CRM>Transactions>Settings for activities>Questionnaires

But I don't know how to synchronise all this stuff with the mobile application.

Could you please explain me how to configure survey for MOBILE application and synchronise it with WEBUI application?

PS: I have the same problem with activity journal.
