Unable to execute Function: SXMB_READ_MESSAGE_VERSION_RAW successfully

I am executing the above function but it fails on authority check - S_XMB_MONI.

Does anybody know how to bypass this obstacle?

If you go into su53, you should be able to see the objects for which authorization is required. Get them from security.

Maybe you're missing necessary authorizations to use this function ! Search for which role(s) contain this authorization object (using SUIM tcode -> Roles -> By Auth. Object), assign it to the userid and try again ...

All SXMB monitoring checks are performed in SXMB_MONI_CHECK_AUTHORITY function, so you may even need other authorizations ...
