dGetSAPClusterParameters was executed with status ERROR

Hi

I am installing ERP 6.0 ehp4 in MSCS with DB2 database. I finished the frst step successfully. But in the secondstep

FIRST MSCS NODE i am getting this error. I am pastng the error log from sapinst.log
