My production facility process is, production order is created for the planned sizes and quantities initially and there are four operations in routing. Confirmations and goods receipts to the production order happen seperately. The quality inspection happens only after the final operation and then there can be size changes due to the shrinkage after wash. So then the sizes may be different in the original production order. But the confirmations for the previous operations are already happened at this time. However the inventory should be for the actual sizes. Anybody have an idea to handle this kind of scenario, pls help.
