Lumira is not connecting to the internet?

Hi there,

I've recently downloaded Lumira and am trying to access the tutorials and other features. However, when I get onto the homepage, the screen tells me I am not connected to the internet. I've looked at my WIFI setting, it says I am connected and I am able to use any internet browsers, so I don't believe it's a problem with the WIFI connection. I've included a screenshot of the page for reference.

I am using SAP Lumira, Standard Edition, Version 1.31.2, if that helps. Thanks!

    Hi Keith,

    check your proxy settings under preferences->network. try no proxy option and start Lumira again. This may help.
