Problem activating communication structure with different datasource

Hi all,

I am facing an issue where we have two flat file loads with different data flow starting from different data source to different data target (Info Cube). However we have same Source System as flat file.

Now the issue is when you change (adding new infoobject and activating it)one communication structure for one flow, it corrupts the other communication structure and like wise.

Basically in the generated program it points to the structure of last changed communication structure and hence it gives an error that it is not able to find the field in the generated program.

Please let me know if anyone have faced the same issue.
