Pricing Condition not found

Dear Experts,

I create a new condition table, access sequence, condition type and new pricing procedure by copying from standard..I maintain condition table into access sequence and access sequence into condition type and condition type into pricing procedure and marked it as mandatory. I assign customer pricing procedure, document pricing procedure and sales area to pricing procedure and create condition record using VK11....but when i create sales order error come that Mandatory type NKTO is missing... pls help me out where i m wrong.

When in your order go to item->conditions screen. This will show pricing detail. Then select 'Analysis'. Double click on your condition type in the analysis screen. This will tell you why the condition is not active. It will show if you are failing a requirement, or if a field is initial, or if a record could not be found.
