HOLA, TENGO SAP INSTALADO EN UN SERVIDOR TS (POWEREDGE SC1420) 4 RAM WINDOWS 2003 STANDARD, LA BASE SE ENCUENTRA EN OTRO SERVIDOR (POWEREDGE 2900) CON SQL 2005, SUCEDE QUE DESDE LA ULTIMA ACTUALIZACION A sp:01 PL8 SAP SE PEGA SOLO EN LOS TERMINAL SERVICE, AL MOMENTO DE CONFIRMAR LOS FOLIOS DE FACTURAS O BOLETAS, SUCEDE ESPORADICAMENTE, EL ERROR QUE AROJA EL VISOR DE SUCESOS ES:

Hola.

Así es, requiere de su SID (SAP User ID que le fué entregado por SAP) y contraseña. Pueden ser los mismos que usa para ingresar a este Foro.

Aquí coloco el contenido de la nota:

Symptom
You work in localization where folio numbers for documents are used.
Two users are working simultaneously on SAP Business One (either via SAP Business One application or via an Add-on).
Both users are creating Invoice (or performing any action when max folio number is retrieved from the numbering table NNM1).
It may happen that one of the users will encounter deadlocks while working, usually with one of the following error messages:
'-2038 Internal error'
'Error (-1200) DBMCconnBase:: EndTransaction - Error -1 detected. auto rollback flag is off. throwing exception'
'Internal error NNM1 2038'
The deadlock can appear on NNM1 table and OINV table.

SAP intends to provide a patch or patches in order to solve the problem described.

Hola.

Hay un issue que ocurre con ciertas localizaciones cuando se manjean folios para los documentos.

Cuando varios usuarios intentan asignar el número de folio simultáneamente, la acción de traer el último folio usado ocasiona ese bloqueo o deadlock del sistema.

La solución de este problema se halla en la actualización SP01 PL09 para SB1 2007.

Le sugiero verificar si ya se encuentra disponible esa actualización para su localización (si ya fué probada y liberada para su país).
