Change &1 message in ESS

Hello,

I need to modify one ESS/Leave Request message. I know the way to modify it by means of table: v_hrweb_trs_mess. But the error that I need to change includes &1 as paremeter. User gets 0001 instead, that is the subtype of the infotype.

What we need is to show is the complete name of the subtype not the id 0001.Please,can you help me?

Hi, for a more flexible messages customizing, explore the MODIFY_APPLICATION_MESSAGES method from PT_GEN_REQ BAdI.
