Missing entry in T51R6_FUNDINFO

Hi,

We accidentally deleted a 3PR posting document (which was in created status, not yet posted). The status of the remiitance keys in remittance reconcilliation report for it was 'being posted'.

Now when we are trying to run create remittance posting for any other remittance evaluations, we get the error ' No entry in table T51R6_FUNDINFO for remiitance key 81818'

I reckon that due to delettion of the posting doc the details of remittance key/symbolic accnt were removed from the table T51R6_FUNDINFO.

How can we remove this error? Also is it possible to recover the deleted posting document in PCP0 or the associated remittance amounts?

Thanks

Did you just switch over to use third party posting 'RPURMP00' (instead of RPCALCU0/U500 and RPURMU00) recently ?

I noticed this thread hadn't been updated since Ted's last question. We are currently upgrading to ECC6.0 and we have not be able to run through our Third Party Remittance test cycle successfully. Specifically, for items in table V_T51R5 prior to the upgrade, we are unable to run program RPURMP00 due to the error "No entry in table T51R6_FUNDINFO for key nnnnnnnnnn". The error is correct in that there are no entries in the T51R6_FUNDINFO for TPR created via RPCALCU0. Note 1236177 seems to address this issue but we already have this note applied in our test system. Any advice?

Monica :

I think this is due to 3rd party entries created prior to swiching to new 3rd party posting and have not been processed yet are

now processed through new 3rd party posting .

Please check view V_T77S0 for group 'P3PR', semantic '3PRTE' for the go live date. More than likely you'll have to adjust the date to a later date (when you first switch to use 'RPURME00' instead of RPCALCU0/U500) so entries created using old way still can be processed.

Rgds.
