Hello,
When trying to login IBP excel, it is showing a windows pop up asking for its credentials. even with right credentials, it's not working. IBP web login is working. Not sure what could be the reason?
I went through the OSS notes "2482649 - IBP: Cannot login to Excel add-in - getting Windows Security pop up dialog box" but this is not helpful in my case as IBP and SCI user ID's are same.
Can someone please help me to identify the rootcasue for this error?

is this the first time you log in? If yes, first log in to web ui before you try excel.
If that is not the case, did you try to clear the cache?
How do you know that you have the right credentials, did you get a notification mail or credentials by mail?
