What's the rule for SAP ByDesign to choose Ship-from Site in Outbound Delivery?

Hi Experts,

I have an outbound delivery request from Sales Order, and wonder how system choose Ship-from Site and Ship-from Location? Is there anywhere I can set up the rule?

Dear Michelle,

While creating Sales Order you enter details like account , product , quantity etc, if the same account is marked as ship to party , the same account is determined and considered as ship to party.

Ship-From Determination for Sales Orders

When determining sources from which to deliver products for sales orders the system first finds all the transport zones in your company whose country, country and region, or country and postal code range matches the ship-to address information (country, region, postal code) given in the sales order or sales quote. If the system does not find anything among the transport zones you created, it uses the global transport zone that is delivered with the solution.
