Change BOM validity date on alternative

Hi all,

When I go to display a routing header for a material and I click the CompAlloc (component allocation), a popup shows up asking to select the one of the 2 BOMs (alternative 1 or alternative 2)

I really don't want alternative bom 2, some users flagged for deletion but still showing and think is because the validity date is active. is this right?

how can I get rid of alternative 2 since there is one active BOM?

you need to DELETE the alt. bom 2 (CS02 -> Material BOM -> Delete)

system will issues: Components of the BOM are allocated to a task list, are you sure you want to delete the alt BOM ?
